Jane
Bartle-Wilson Clinic
Jane is an
Olympic veteran-former British Team member and British Chef
d'Equip.
She and her
siblings (including Christopher, current coach of the Gold Medal
German Olympic Eventing Team) own and operate Yorkshire Riding
Centre in England where Jane has been a coach, instructor, and
trainer/examiner of licensed instructors for more than 30 years.
She has a
gift for training and explaining the most advanced movements,
working with young and difficult horses, and is committed to
sensibility and lightness at every stage of training whether the
goal is competition or recreation. She is vivacious and explicit
in her techniques and communication.
Her students
include gifted FEI and Olympic competitors, US Amateur
Champions, and recreational riders alike.
Her
extraordinary system focuses on lightness and cooperation, in a
manner unlike any one you have ever ridden with before.
The depth of
her classical training, Grand Prix competence, and work with
hundreds of horses and riders (yes, hundreds!) will get you
further in your personal pursuit of becoming a horseman.
For the past 6
years, Jane has come to Northern California 3 times a year in
Spring, Summer, and late Fall, and will continue to visit, usually
March, August and November, so you will have an opportunity to ride
with her time and time again to truly learn the approach to a
system.
