These clips take a long time to upload on a "dial-up"  be patient.
It will look like the picture is not coming up but on a dial-up -- could take about 5 minutes. 
Just leave it uploading while you do something else for a while--
it is ready when the first frame show or you see a black screen.

Take your mouse over it to start it over and over again.
